Refund policy

The Australian Consumer Law provides consumers with the right to a refund, or replacement, in the event that a product doesn’t do what you’d reasonably expect it to, or if it isn’t of acceptable quality (but not if you change your mind or find a better deal somewhere else). Please contact us if you have a problem with any of our products and we will work with you to find an amicable solution. This might include (but is not necessarily limited to) a refund, a replacement or a discount.
